Two schoolgirls abused by 60 men in Aylesbury child sex ring, court hears

Er, they weren't let in, they were born here.

Scum are scum regardless of where they "come" from.

Jimmy Saville anyone? All the celebs currently waiting for trials for allegedly abusing young girls?

Race/religion has nothing to do with it.

Knee jerk time for you knip.

"The men filled the dock in court, some of them using the services of various interpreters speaking Hindi, Urdu, Pashto and Punjabi"

So we can send some back ;)

The focus on their skin colour and religion and the lack of compassion for the girls is shocking.

It's difficult to feel sincere compassion for someone in such impersonal circumstances. But we do have the faces the perpetrators, thus we can more easily express that side of our emotions.

If you're shocked by this, I dare say you've not spent much time observing human behaviour.

Awful story, and awful people regardless of everything about them. Also saddens me that these girls were in such a terrible state with their lives that it led to that. Hopefully more can be done to prevent young vulnerable people from things such as these. You would have thought this would have been taught by the parents that there are bad people out there who will try to groom you. Ok you're not going to explain that to a 5 year old in any more detail than 'don't trust strangers' but by the time a child is going to secondary school IMO, they should be taught about what some people will try to do.

hard to do to a child raised by strangers.
