What ports are you using on the Unifi XG switch?

The 10 gig ones, port 1 and 2.

Nothing in the 1 gig poe.

And are you getting a 10Gb link on the devices connected to it?

Yep, shows as 10 gb to the router and 2.5 gb to the pc (I’ve not put the 10 gb network card in yet).
