Because the team you are playing against aren’t very good and you should be beating them with 10. All Ole did was just invite pressure.

I agree. Fred and Pogba were never going to hold it together. They can barely do that when we have 11. This could have great experience for vdB but Ole shows a lack of trust again.

Yep, you can still play fine with 10 men, you don't have to automatically panic and park the bus. Useless.

Chelsea are a different side to us and they have a decent manager who changed their style massively in the space of a few months and made them far better as a team. I'm not quite sure when people will get it into their heads that Ole is not anywhere near being a top manager. He comes up short so damn often.

Its amazing isn't it. They are a professional football club even ignoring the fact this is the pinnacle of world football. They chose this surface. They can afford a normal pitch.

He played 5 at the back vs Brighton to try and save the points and to be fair almost lost it all.

Thesis thing is it seems he does not learn.

Klopp couldn't beat Chelsea at home who were down to ten men for 45 minutes.

I know it's completely different but 10 men games are always strange. Especially for a team like United who are far more offensive than defensive. We have been hopeless at defending leads for a while now.

Yes. So stop trying. Keep the ball and play football rather than attempting to pack the defence and failing
 
Again - How in gods name is Fred/Matic still in that squad, let alone playing...

Fred has been AWFUL again... That was pretty much the last straw for Van Der Beek.... Pulled at half time.... He's done. Shame as Ole just doesn't want to play him for some reason
