They aren't but we could field Turner, Tomy, Kiwior, Holding, Tierney, Vieira, El Neny, Smith-Rower, Jorghino and Trossard from the not starters which should be good enough.

Elneny is out for the season imo. Need Jesus back so we can play Eddie. Xhaka will play in EL, as will Saka, Gabriel and Martinelli imo.

Forgot about that, well there's enough there to rest the majority of the first team anyway. Arteta will be 100% focusing on the prem.
