All part of pep’s (greatest coach ever tm) plan to take city to the quadruple after almost blowing every competition. Any day now they are going to turn it back on and go undefeated until the summer!

I think the City cycle of winning is now over. With the tighter spending regulations around them I think they will find it so much harder to re-build. They were never the biggest spenders apart from all that wasted cash on Grealish and developed players but what they did buy was built with money that was likely outside of the rules. They have too many older players now and not enough depth in experience. I think they will do well to finish in the top 4 this year.
