Can it get recorded as two yellows despite the fact a yellow wasn't actually shown, only a red?
I think its a combination of the two incidents which is why he just gave the red. Im not sure how it works with bans etc.

Quite the opposite. The refs in full control. Take no crap from a bunch of greetin faced *********. Like all footballers. Let the referee do what he has to and instead of rolling about like pricks maybe play football

You can appeal a straight red but not 2 yellow, so it may actually benefit Atletico in the long run.
I listen to the audio on the radio but well respected folk on twitter said he was sent off for the additional dissent.

He didn't the ref to him to come hither, and he ignored two whistles, on the third whistle he bent down to pull his socks up.

What a referee! Begins by allowing Atletico free rein to kick the **** out of Mane, including booking Mane for being fouled and then goes full alpha ref and sends their player off for discent 
It's not really been mentioned but that tackle was probably worse than first looked. He didn't just trip Mane but he's stood on the back of his achilles. Atletico are a horrible team.
Mad ref aside, we've played really well. Fabinho back in the side makes us so much better and not just because he's outstanding but the balance having him & Hendo gives us. Ox got some stick at the weekend but imo he was a victim of the lack of balance to the midfield. Neither he or Jones are natural cm's - playing one of them + 2 natural midfielders is fine but both of them leaves us exposed and it's no surprise he's looked so much better today.
