Seeing the way Depay and Lukaku are also doing, I’d say the problem was more with Utd than the player.
Not really. But he also just has one of those faces that you want to punch. Particularly when he scores and does his best Roland Rat impression. He’s on par with Neymar from a dislike perspective for me!

Di Maria was always a good player, he just didn't want to be in England and was playing under a manager that hated creative players. The way he left was pretty scummy of him though.
Depay himself admits he was a disappointment, he was young and had a bad attitude. Thankfully for him he's turned his career around and it's good to see.
Lukaku was fine he just didn't fit us at all, like all our players he is looking much better in a weaker league.

It was a massive mistake getting rid of Lukaku i thought, proven goalscorer in the league, for whatever reasons it didn't work out, but i think you'd be much better off as a side if you had him this season.

Nah, if you watched us this season and watched us last season we don't miss him at all. We're playing much better football now. Martial is a far better all round player, he can play others in, control the ball and score the odd long range shot too.

Not really he scored one goal against the top 5 teams in Serie A this season. The bulk of Lukaku's goals as always have come against poor teams. He's scored something like 10 goals in Europa League. That's 33% of his goals this season. He is a perfect player for Contes style of play though but wouldn't trade him for what we have in a million years. He would be a good proposition for a plan b but he wouldn't want to be a squad player.

Even though PSG is winning 3-0 I’m not impressed.
PSG's depth is impressive and they seem to be getting the very best out of the players they have in their squad.
So many of their players failed elsewhere but they really are putting for PSG. I don't think they have been tested much so far; it will be interesting to see how they do against Bayern and whether I have overassessed them
