Spuds doing well, wasnt this Anzhi team the one from a few yrs back that signed E'to and made him the worlds highest paid player??

These are the games Lamella needs to get some confidence. Constantly under hitting passes and refusing to take people on since we signed him.

Seriously underwhelmed by Lamella so far this season. He's very young with a huge price tag so it will take time for him to settle but just doesn't seem anything special to me.

As a whole 1-1 isnt disappointing, but even playing the right people in the right places at half time , Utd could easily have won 2/3 -0 and be clear at the top of the group rather than 3 teams all within a point of each other.

However "romantic" it was to have Giggs come on for his world record appearances, it was still a waste of a sub - yes Fellani was risking a red but even Anderson (to sit back beside Carrick if need be) would have been better, with Kagawa coming on more forward behind RvP just after 1/2 time (if he couldnt have started for whatever reason).

Personally think Kagawa will head back to Germany soon (I dont want him to, but if I were him I definitely would)

Not been a great game, a wins a win though, hope we keep a clean sheet too.

AVB really winds me up with these pointless subs, he's an idiot.

2-0 up, very comfortable. Bring the kids on and give the some experience, don't put your best players on and risk injury ffs! Seriously cannot see one bit of logic bringing Eriksen on now?? :confused:

I only saw lamella a couple of times in Italy and wasn't that impressed. But he's young and I only saw glimpses as he came on as w sub so didn't have a full 90 mins.
