They're as bad as each other? Both can be beaten, both will roll around on the floor with any light contact while being capable of dishing out heavy tackles and expecting nothing for them. It's the La Liga way.
 
Just watching the game again, the officials really did have a shocking game last night. A lot's been made of the City disallowed goal but that was far from the worst decision of the night. Their first goal should have never stood - Sterling first pulls VVD's arm and you see him appeal to the ref has he continues his run and then Sterling clearly pushed him. And it doesn't matter too much because Salah scored straight after but what on earth were the officials looking at in the build up to our first goal? When Mane went through 1 on 1 with the keeper, Fernandinho rugby tackled him from behind - it shouldn't have just been a pen but a red card.
