UEFA Champions League/Europa League 12/13/14/15 March *** Spoilers ***

Carbon copy of Milan last year.

At least Wenger can now say that Arsenal can easily compete with - and beat - the best teams in Europe so he's right and everyone else is wrong. :)

Bayern were extremely poor though.

What a great effort by Arsenal there!! 3-3 over the two legs! Can't believe they've been dumped out on away goals :(

Why? Aside from tonight, they've been excellent. Would be well deserved, particularly considering the final last year.

Considering what from the final last year?

They bottled it massively from not putting Chelsea away in open play, allowing Robben to take that penalty and the penalty shootout and not marking the only guy who was gonna score at the end.

Arteta...meant to be the captain and his just given the Bayern players a reason to go down. USE YOUR HEAD!

Good effort tho from Arsenal.

A bit of a decafe game made more exciting by the goal at the end. Felt like bayern never really got motivated enough with the 1st leg score. Robben was utter turd today over rated imo.

Bayern didn't try and didn't particularly need to, the game was dead after the first leg and Arsenal only have themselves to blame.

Really looking forward to the quarter draw :D

Fabianski should have a run in the league on the back of that, I know he didn't do anything really outstanding, he did make a few decent reaction saves though, denied Robben twice and just did the basics quite well. His kicking is still crap but I'd like to see him play more. Maybe that will give Szczesny a bit of a wake up call.
