There are only three teams really in La Liga, 2 in Serie A, 2 in Germany etc.

The general quality in spain and germany is much much higher. There are 3 really top teams in spain, 2 in germany and 1 in france. Main difference is that the 3 top teams in spain, 2 in germany are probably better than PSG and their average opponent is much better. They also have each other to give them perspective.
