UEFA Champions League/Europa League 13/14/15 September *** Spoilers ***

I know Napoli, they're the team Stevie beat single handedly whilst we had uncle Woy as our manager, they were that bad :p

that score line was just a little flattering for Liverpool, Napoli killed you in the 1st half, and underestimating them nearly cost you the game, the 1st Gerrard goal was lucky (but well taken) and that was never a penalty, very poor refereeing and the 3rd goal Gerrard wasnt even onside. But a win is a win, gota say Napoli were more "incredibly" unlucky rather than bad.

Yeah it was a right old rant. He really lost it.

One sentence is not a "right old rant".

He didnt handly it as well as he could, but what do you expect? he is an old man, you could ask him what the time was and there is every chance he would react the same as if you had asked him if you could slowly force a greased beagle up his arse.

He still wasnt angry enough to dance to a singing 4th official!!

Got back at 3am and have only just woke now.

Firstly great atmosphere created by the Napoli fans and City fans. I can only imagine how loud Napoli away is going to be.

Their goal was well taken by Cavani and the build up from Napoli was electric. Probably the best counter attacking team i have seen at City. a lot of passing in the final 3rd with little shooting. When we did their goalkeeper didnt look fantastic so we should have really done a lot more.

Cracking fk from Kolarov for our goal. So unlucky for the Yaya goal who must have ran about 60yrds with the ball. I think it was Aguero who hit the crossbar after but i couldn't see from where i was sat (next to away fans) It looked unlucky but i could be wrong.

Overall we played well and i think we were unlucky not to win. Richards and Clichy i think could have made a difference but Zaba and Kolarov played well.

I think Dan was being sarcastic.

I lose track of who'a supports who and who does what these days.

Honestly, you could ask me the time of day and there is fair old chance I would react the same as if you said you wanted to slowly work a greased beagle up my arse.

First time I've heard someone say there was a great atmosphere at City's ground. Whenever I've been there's a buzz for 30 seconds then it goes completely flat for 15 minutes, seems to have terrible acoustics.

I managed to miss City's goal flicking between ITV and SS4 multiscreen, too many choices but the City game was definitely the most entertaining, seems a big change from last year's snoozefest games.

That and playing Park and Valenica meant our wing play was nonexistent.

I also dont understand the reasoning behind Lumping 60 yard balls up in the air for Wayne to try and win on his own against 4 massive defenders.
He never gets close to winning them, EVER, in any match, against any opposition, so why do they do it?

We've done this for the last 3 seasons though, and everyone thought i was just being negative for stating it. now we have done something different in the epl we can compare and accept that we were playing garbage for a good while.

the number of times I've slated carrick and our midfield only to be told im not a utd fan, well i hope you can all see now.

And as for the keeper situation, Lindegaard looks like a proper keeper. de gea looks awkward and uncomfortable doing the basics, like he is getting down to pick up the ball for the very first time. Everytime. Lindegaard just looks good, not like he needs to go back to keeper school - great distribution or not.

Nearly every United fan has been saying that dear

There is a difference between not good enough and garbage though. That midfield would have been fine against most of the teams we play, especially if they were all fully fit and sharp.

I think there was a massive difference on show from MU last night.

That game lastnight was last years MU, none of the speed, flair or passion that has been shown in the first 4 games this season, and preseason games for that matter.

Really missed Ando, Young, Cleverley and Nani (I know he was subbed on but still...)

Aww shucks all the Liverpool fans bemoaning the questions Ferguson was asked. The media have been circling De Gea after a few games, it's only right that Ferguson respond in any way he feels appropriate. You'd all be defending it if it was Dalglish deflecting attention of one of your players.

Don't think i ever criticised his response, i was only really criticising the united fans who were criticising the reporter for asking the question.

Real again finished with 10, marcelo sent of 2 yellows, 1 for a reckless tackle and a clear dive. A gem from ronaldo that people don't like him because he is very good, handsome and rich.

Spurs have taken a very youthful squad to Greece, should be great experience for the lads but I hope they don't get schooled.

Spurs (from): Gomes, Cudicini, Archer, Bassong, Corluka, Walker, Waller-Lassen, Livermore, Townsend, Fredericks, Carroll, Nicholson, Parrett, Pavlyuchenko, Dos Santos, Falque, Kane, Lancaster, Pritchard.

My guess for the starting 11:
----------------Gomes--------------

Walker----Corluka----Bassong---Townsend

Dos Santos--Parrett--Livermore-----Falque

--------Pavyluchenko-----Kane-----------

If there was a shred of truth to that, then why has everyone consistently disagreed with my comments on our team, manager and certain players like carrick? I have only had bad things to say yet i seem to have had to argue more then most whilst taking the most flak while being accused of not even bring a utd fan.

The difference is you have bad things to say about nearly everyone and everything, like how we shouldn't focus on crosses because our strikers couldn't convert them (how many goals have we scored from crosses so far this season?)
