There was more contact, because Suarez slowed, hanged a leg backwards and let the player run into him, even then it wasn't enough contact to send him down. Here Robben did nothing wrong, he went for the ball and Casemiro stepped across him and trod on his foot. He didn't slow right down and hang his foot, he didn't stand still waiting to be hit and he didn't run into Casemiro. Suarez generated the contact, at worse Robben made a meal of the contact, but the contact was real and the fault of the defender.

It's completely incomparable, it's about how and why contact is made, not just that there is contact.
 
Pass the ******* ball man!!!! 3 on 2 and he just dwells far too long letting Hummels get the challenge in.
 
Ronaldo scores but it doesn't change the game, Bayern still need to score just means 1 more means extra time instead of winning the tie
