UEFA Champions League/Europa League 19/20/21 February *** Spoilers ***

If we don't go through I want glorious failure, 3-1/4-2/5-3 all guns blazing style. If course I would take a 3-0 win in et too :)

6-3 on the night though why the hell not, they weren't that good on their home ground, Russian teams don't travel that well and we are dodgy as **** at the back.

Indeed, really it should've been at least 2-2 :o, some shocking finishing/retarded pitch bobble.

Spurs fans attacked in Lyon.

Peter Hibbert has a lot to answer for, no attacks, opens his mouth about the "yid" connection then 2 attacks in 4 months.

Luckily not to bad this time, just a few cuts.

I fancy a score draw tonight.

Liverpool to lose.

Nice to see media actually reporting that, ignoring the numerous attacks on our fans in Russia, that place is going to be a joke for the world cup.

La Liga is hardly a Micky Mouse league, they produce great teams every year, just look at how Valencia, Atletico Madrid and Athletic Bilbao dominated the Europa League last season, and that was a tournament with both Manchester teams, Porto and Sporting, as well as AZ and Schalke in the round of 32. Villareal made the Semi's the year before, and the season before that Atletico Madrid beat Werder Bremen, Valencia, Liverpool and Fulham to win it in 2009/10.

Malaga won there Champions league group this season in a group that had Milan and Zenith in it, and Valencia finished 2nd level on points with Bayern.

That doesnt sound very Micky Mouse to me.

I'm confident Barca can win the 2nd leg, it's very rare that Milan keep a clean sheet away from the San Siro, both in the Italian league and in Europe so this tie is far from over, but I will admit it's going to be very very tough for Barca to win the tie..

Pardew is choosing between Perch, Anita and Haidara to replace Santon tonight!

Simpson must be crying in his pillow!

Tunney; I hope AVB makes it interesting and rests Bale. I do not like any cup competition bar the CL. We are wasting energy pursuing this trophy.

I'm surprisingly up for it. It's a long slog but I think we've got a chance of winning the competition.

It's been a while since we won a European trophy.

Friedel
Walker, Gallas, Vertonghen, Assou-Ekotto,
Dembele, Parker, Lennon, Bale,
Holtby & Adebayor.

Lloris, Naughton, Caulker, Dawson Livermore, Dempsey & Sigurdsson.

Gallas should nto be starting, otherwise I am happy. Glad to see Holtby get a start

Frank Lampard and Branislav Ivanovic not in the squad for tomorrow as they are being rested.

Although I want Lamps to start every game at the moment to give him as much chance as possible to get the goals he needs I think he does need a rest and we need him for City, I doubt we'll get anything out of them though to be honest as they are the strongest & most organised team I've seen at SB this year.
Plus, on a selfish note, the only game I'll miss out of the next 7 after City is 'Boro away so fingers crossed I'll get to see him break the record :)
