The guy's got good technical skills. I remember seeing him first play a year or two ago and thinking 'boy, that's unusual'. :p

Much more a Marc Overmars than a David Beckham type of winger.
 
Regarding what Roy says, he slated them vs Northampton and people complained he was harsh, he tries giving some sort of confidence and they complain again. You can't win. It's only a few games into the league.
