Bale is the only one pulling his weight here tonight. The defence in particular may as well be from a pub team like Stoke or something.

Still, this campaign was always going to be a learning experience. I'm sure very few newcomers to the CL have showered themselves in glory in every game.

Once we went down to ten men (rightly) it was always going to be damage limitation. This is Inter we're talking about. CL holders. The scoreline doesn't surprise me one bit.
 
Just lol at spurs, Funny how one of their players cant remember who was saying well rafa manages them we beat liverpool twice so we will do fine erm yeah sure... :D
 
I've just reminded myself why I don't watch Man Utd play.

Macheda's been absent.
Nani's a ponce that holds onto the ball way too long when he could cross/shoot first time.
Fletcher and Carrick seem to be there to just pass to each other, or backwards, rather than getting it forward, annoyingly only to Ponce or Mr Absent.
Think Rafaels the only one i've seen do anything of note, which may say something about the rest of the half if I rate a tackle above a goal.

Yea, I should really stop watching now, may die by the end.

You must be at least a little annoyed that Harry spent so much time in the build up criticising Rafa though? considering the score and all.

Having 10 men here is no excuse to ship goals like we are. We just are not solid as a defensive unit. This is fine in the prem where we can smash a few goals in, but will never cut it in the CL.
