UEFA Champions League/Europa League 5/6/7/March *** Spoilers ***

As with offsides, it doesn't need to be an obvious mistake. Whether the ball was in or out is a matter of fact. The problem was there wasn't the technology nor the camera angle to determine whether it was in or out.

Still think that was out.

Only one angle even looks like it might have been but it's the worst angle for seeing if the entire ball was over the line. The two closer to being down the line seemed to show it as in.

Silly though, referee's have to give snap judgements in 5 seconds with no replays, you get replays 30 seconds and make your judgement, keep watching over and over won't change anything. If it's not clear straight away don't give it, don't wait another 2 minutes.

Right call though, one camera only suggests it's out but it's obviously close, the other two with a better angle don't prove it's in but they certainly didn't prove it was out.

OMG, what a freaking game. What a performance by Ajax, one goal back could have gotten interesting but what a free kick. Ajax are everything I love about football. Attacking without fear, they are winning away at Real, 3 in a row CL champions... and many teams would have put everyone in the box and just booted it long with maybe one guy up top chasing. Instead Ajax are going for more, playing fantastic exciting football.

So who’s going to be stupid enough to pay silly money to RM for Bale this summer?

Good decision from Ramos to take that yellow...

RM look like they lack any leaders on the pitch.
