UEFA Champions League/Europa League ** Spoilers ** [15/16/17 September 2015]

Cazorla extremely lucky to not have that play end up with them scoring. Dire pass from their guy inside the box, put it closer to the CB than his own player. That is the kind of crap we usually do in this no defence panic formation and we usually concede those types of goals.

Good game from Chelsea. Sure it was against sub par opposition but with the start to the season we've had we needed it. Roll on Saturday, that Arsenal loss may do us a favour :)

Got fed up with the Arsenal game by half time and decided to go to the gym. Were we any better second half? From the scoreline I'm gathering no.

Not saying he is the be all and end all - but Graham Poll suggested it was a definite penalty and definite red card.....and he "should" know...... citing it was two footed/legs in the air, he was out of control and reckless / dangerous

And Howard Webb's said it wasn't even a foul let alone a red card. I'm undecided personally but like I said, it's not an obvious red card that everybody agrees on and certainly wasn't bad enough for UEFA to retrospectively suspend him.

Good to see the show back on the road. A much better performance all round and very encotaging performances from Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Baba Rahman.

RLC did have a good game and I hope that gets him more starts, I wasn't so sure about Baba though as he made a few mistakes defensively, going forward he was pretty good though.
Hazard needs something to happen for him soon, everything he tries just doesn't come off at the moment and he looks very frustrated :(

I did not think Chelsea were particularly good, I thought they were fortunate to be playing a poor Champions League side.

I have no idea where Hazard left his mojo, but he needs to find it again. The entire Chelsea team has started this season woefully and they are desperately low on confidence. However, a decent performance (albeit against a poor team), and some youngsters doing well (Loftus-Cheek looks excellent), should give them the much needed boost in confidence for the weekend.

Also; the Shaw tackle was a poor tackle, but at the time I did not think it was worthy of a card - it is the knock on effect of players diving though.

Arsenal were poor, hilariously so at times.

Is the Liverpool game on TV?

No idea, however, it should be a fairly good game. Two good teams, with no consistency to their form, but remain talented sides.

Hope Liverpool can manage to get some form back tonight ahead of their domestic fixtures.
