Un-muted the half time crap briefly, Gerrard is not a good pundit.

Arsenal have got to try to stay in the game, try to stay level in this game then try to get a goal late on to try and get a point out of the game. Got to give tremendous credit to Zagrev, they've been tremendous in the game.


Arsenal almost concede straight away and most important to note is that Oxlade threw up a ridiculously high foot in the penalty area and he swung his leg at the ball in the direction of the freaking goal. He's so so stupid, the two most likely outcomes of that were concede a penalty or score another own goal.
 
I like how Arteta was it seemed to be like "hmm, I could step forward jump and try and head that out... but I won't, I'll step back and hope someone else deals with it".

Well done Arsenal, doing everything expected of you again.
 
Poor performance all around the field from us tonight. We just don't seem that interested.

I remember a time, like a 5 year period in fact in which when Arsenal went down to 10 I still thought we could win and we often did, even coming back from behind to do so and against the best opposition.

Today... I don't see it, I see no possible substitutions, not the right players, not the mentality or willpower to come back from behind while down a man.

EDIT:- oh, we're back to the panic formation... when you don't know what to do, take off defenders for wide players, put on as many wide players as possible and let them do whatever they want on the pitch.
 
I've turned it off and stuck Ray Donovan on. Utterly woeful. How on earth are Arteta and the Ox getting game time. We've been awful all season and we're going to make Chelsea look good on Saturday.
 
God I want to punch commentators who bang on about offside calls being right or wrong... when the striker misses the damn chance anyway. Ozil missed his shot so being called onside wouldn't have mattered, just like Walcott just then, 1 on 1 and fluffing it again. I think he was off but it wouldn't matter if he wasn't, he didn't score anyway.
