When I watched the FA cup final the Palace fans were amazing compared to the Utd fans, the Palace fans were noisey right from the start but Utd fans only came alive after the winning goal...

That could have happened well before this, whats changed in the last two months?
If reports are to believed, Mourinho wants Fabinho from Monaco who has recently signed a new contract so will take ~£40m to get now, and its unlikely thats going to happen in Jan
Thats exactly why Mata is so infuriating - a 2nd good chance to either score or assist and its completely wasted (before the corner)

Yes... That's why Jose has been rotating Darmian and Fosu Mensah in the cup matches seeing what his other options are like.
Except this is Darmian's 1st competitive start at all in at least 4 or 5 cup games (and no EPL games at all) - thats not really "rotation"

sorry 2 out of 5 games for cup comps then given the charity shield and EFL Cup (given that you originally said "cup comps")
Still doesnt answer the question that Valencia could have been injured at any time, and Darmian probably still wouldnt be ready given how infrequently he is playing , although 90 mins last night probably helped

Great atmosphere at the Leicester match, good game to watch. Shame Leicester seem to be giving precedence to the Champions League, I don't blame them per say, but it is a shame to see them be so poor domestically after last season.
Barcelona Vs. Manchester City was a good match, Barcelona were absolutely clinical and that front four is incredible. Up until the sending off (Bravo, lols) it was a good match and quite well balanced.
Manchester United match was fun, good to see goals. Enjoyed Pogba's goal.

At the rate Barca are picking up injuries City will only have to play their reserve team in the return leg in a couple of weeks. 6 players injured in the past 4 days with Iniesta's today looking pretty bad, plus Mathieu and his red so he's out (probably more a good thing for barca than city). Only Alba out of those looks likely to be back in time.

As much as we've had a half decent result today we're not scoring more than one a game... depressing really.
