UEFA Champions League/Europa League ** Spoilers ** [2/3/4 October 2018]

I thought Rashford was one of the better players for United last night tbh.

He was definitely the best out of Man Utd's attacking 3 but that's not really saying much considering the others performances. Fellani was a complete and utter passenger in mid field though, can't pass, can't tackle, can't even run. I get throwing him on with 20 minutes to go and just booting the ball to him as he is good at that however, a midfield will always struggle if he is a part of it.

Rashford played pretty well last night, much better than he has recently. His corners were abysmal but his movement in open play was pretty good. Honestly I'd like to try him up front and give Lukaku the bench for a while.

His movement and effort were good but his decision making and passing was awful. He smacked the ball into defenders time after time, couldn't take a single good corner and kept selfishly trying to score a wonder goal instead of trying to help the other attackers.

Rashford was one of the better United players under LvG but when Mourinho's spends £75m on Lukaku he obviously feels obligated to play him even when it's apparent he can't hit a barn door most of the time.

I'd settle for him actually getting in a spot where he can take a shot never mind hitting the target. He truly looks more like the problem than the solution. There isn't a player that has improved this season so far. Shaw maybe but he has moved from being total **** to just ****. I don't think he is a top 4 club player. I'd have David Robertson any day over him.

For me that's one of the reasons why we have to get rid of Mourinho. If you ask a football fan to name players at any of the other top prem clubs who have improved under their current manager, you could think of at least a few players from each team (though admittedly it's maybe a bit early to say that with regards Sarri and Emery). I'd struggle to think of a single United player who has improved in the time that Mourinho has been our manager. Some players have even regressed.

Shaw has been excellent this season

Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, Van Dijk, Robertson, Milner, Wijnaldum, Keita, Mane, Salah, Firmino

Not at all surprised to see us drop Henderson was very poor vs chelsea for me, was captain sideways that day more than usual.

DeGea, Lingard, McTominay but I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel. Young, Fellaini have had more game time than under LVG but I wouldn't say either was better than they were. It for sure is a worry especially when you get a mercenary like Sanchez stifling any latent talent.

Disagree. He's had a couple of decent looking games in a very poor team. Working hard and looking committed shouldn't be the gauge of excellence at a club like United. I don't think he has offered much more than that in terms of performances. He's barely able to keep Ashley Young out the side. I don't want to reignite the Mourinho bullying Shaw story again but is he really a step up from Blind, Rafael, Fosuh Mensah, Darmian? Jury out for me
