'We show that we score all the penalties'
Riveting stuff.
An insight into the mind of a great player. Although I don't think he would be speaking English very often, so probably didn't know what to say.
His English is usually very good and funnily enough he comes across quite likeable in interviews, but that interviewer was horrific.
You could tell he was still thinking 'kiss my feet peasant'.His English is usually very good and funnily enough he comes across quite likeable in interviews, but that interviewer was horrific.
Oh **** off Ronaldo
Jesus. The way Ronaldo is acting as though he singlehandedly won the cup for Real, ffs...![]()
Give it up, same reaction to his celebration in the last CL win. Yes he wasn't man of the match for Real in this single game, but it's a competition and he was the sole reason they got to the final. That was true in the win two years ago and true of the win today. Hat-trick and the only player looking up for it, he actually did pretty much single handedly drag them to the final so yeah, he gets to take credit.
The CL title isn't about one game, it's a tournament and Ronaldo was Real's best player in the tournament by a monumental margin.
He was also, down to very bad luck, injured in the run up to both finals and absolutely no where near peak fitness and certainly playing through pain and giving his all two years ago and looked to be the same situation today. He still sprinted something like 70 yards late in the second half of extra time to help defend a counter attack.
People giving him crap because he's celebrating winning the tournament because of one dodgy performance in which he played injured are beyond help.
This. I cant believe the stick he's getting. 16 goals in 12 champions league games...most players would take 16 goals in the bloody league never mind in a cup competition.
First touch of the game for Ronaldo, wasn't it?

Zidane stealing all of Rafa's glory, vile.
Wait?? What??!!???
How has he stolen Rafa's glory?? With Rafa Real were nowhere close to getting the la Liga title. With Zidane they only lost out by a point.
Secondly Rafa got Real to the QF's before he was sacked, Zidane took them all the way.
As much as I hate Real, you cannot be serious that Zidane took Rafa's glory lol.
