Ref has been fantastic tonight. Game could've gone to **** after half an hour but he's handled it well.
Agreed, he's been very sensible. Booked players that needed to be without going too far.

To be fair I think he was just avoiding what he thought was going to be complete destruction, but turned out to be a pretty lame and tame tackle. But based on their other cynical fouls it's not surprising Ronaldo would be expecting a big hit there.
