Felt very sorry for Atlético Madrid last night, I felt they were very good for the first ~80 minutes but they became visibly tired and their concentration levels dropped. As soon as Real Madrid equalised, Atlético looked a beaten team.

4-1 was a harsh scoreline imo.

Yeah that's what I thought, for 120mins Atletico had kept him quiet but all the media is now going to show is him with his shirt off acting like he won it for them. Incredible player but he does goes to great lengths to milk all of the attention even when it's undeserved.

He has been absolutely instrumental in winning Real Madrid the cup so why shouldn't he be allowed to celebrate?

Who's saying he can't celebrate? Just no need to turn the celebration up to 11 really for a penalty to seal the game 4-1. The winning celebration had already happened on goals 2 and 3 for real at 4 with 2 mins left it was just overkill at that moment in time.

He was celebrating harder for his own record than when they went ahead to win the cl.

Well there was a film crew there for 'Ronaldo the movie', so the exaggerated fourth goal celebration was probably for that, bit cringe worthy when he barely celebrated the others

Whats even more stranger is you conveniently forgetting your past slatings of certain Utd players.

In before i have never slated Moyes or Fergie and neither have i slated any Utd players such as Rafael amongst many others
