Well I've argued before that even an accidental handball can block goals so should be given but it was not a shot on target and as far as I know according to the rules there has to be intention? they're normally given if the arm is in unnatural position but is pointing for tactics unnatural in football?

SHould be playing Moura instead of Eriksen. Sissoko is key in central midfield, Eriksen has been mostly crap for the last few months and against liverpool's pace and fullbacks Moura will do so much more than Eriksen. Though I think Moura might be great to have later on with pace, you could be out of the game before he gets the chance to influence it.

if Eriksen hadn't been so poor for so long then it would be a different matter but he's been so ineffective for such large portions of most games while Moura has been killer.

On the pen I'd say, hit his chest first, his arm wasn't out to block anything but he was yelling and pointing where he wanted his guys to setup, stupid or not. If it his his arm first sure, but it hit his chest and went up and hit his arm. If his arm was by his side it wouldn't be a penalty which for me is the standard I'd go by.
