** Uefa Champions League, Semi-final ** *spoilers*

I think United will edge this at Old Trafford :)

Arsenal have a really poor back line.

Btw*

Giggs wasn't the best player this year.
Young wasn't the best young player this year.

Lampard isn't all that :p

I'd probably go for

--------Almunia-----
Sagna-Toure-Djourou-Gibbs
Walcott-Cesc-Song-Nasri
---------Diaby-----------
-------Adebayor---------

As long as the goal difference isnt more than 2 (in favour of Manu of course) we may have a chance in the second leg. Just hoping we dont get raped over the 2 legs
Now if only i was the Arsenal manager :D
line up: Almunia, Sagna, Toure, Djourou, Gibbs, Eboue, Fabregas, Denilson, Nasri
Walcott, Adebayor

You should see yourself lucky to get the smile at the end!

Lampard has scored 20+ goals for 5 consecutive years and is the highest ever goalscoring midfielder at club level

:p

I just think he's a very average midfielder, well no he's better then average, but he's no Gerrard, Scholes, Xavi, Inesta, ect ect I think he's over rated.

He has good feet, and can hit a ball straight in a hard line, but most of his goals were more to do with "right place right time" i,e playing for a very good Chelski side in midfield with some really great players, he just takes advantage of the space they make for him.

Gerrard is miles better as an attacking midfielder ( a position they both play )
Lampard wouldn't get near a world starting 11 in my opinion.

He's a good player nothing more.
:p

/RANT :D

I won't comment on any of that or I'll probably get banned/ suspended.

I cannot begin to tell you how much i disagree with you.

Scholes? lol, he should have retired 2 years ago.

So you honestly think Lampard is a world class midfielder and would get into most people's world class 11 ? :p

Going by his current form? You'd be a fool to not have him in your team.

To say Gerrard is 'miles better' as an attacking midfielder is a joke.

Xavi plays a much more defensive role.

Honestly mate, you need to watch more of Chelsea rather than catching then on MOTD.

I've got to say I agree with Tummy (to some extent), Lampard is a great player with a fantastic record. However, I don't think he is as individually good as the other players he listed (Scholes at his peak obviously)

Both united fans?

Sheffield Wednesday Season Ticket holder.

Manchester United is my second team.

I don't think Lampard, for an attacking midfielder is anywhere near the level of Kaka, Gerrard, Scholes (at his peak, less so now) Fabergas, Inesta, Van De Vart, Messi, Riquelme ( at his peak, less so now)

Are a few attacking midfielders I'd have over Lampard in a heart beat, it's not that I don't like Lampard ( I don't like him ) I just think, there are much more complete attacking midfielders in the world.

Edit, I'd probably take Arshavin over Lampard, Ballack is a good attacking midfielder, Essien is, Deco was.
