Robben looks such a lazy player

Doesn't anyone else think that he's just not very good? He seems to get in good positions and get past people but then fluffs the shot/pass, or quite often makes the wrong choice.

Maybe i'm wrong but every time i see him play he doesn't seem clinical at all.
