Getting through from 3rd place doesn't help for negative football either. Shuts people up about Sturridge and Vardy, they were **** too in this set up. I felt for Kane getting stick, the others did no better. Perhaps people can now see the problem isn't the frontmen.

It wasn't that game that lost us the group, it was the draw against Russia. Negative and nervous from Roy, why bother playing fearless, good football in qualifying only to play so meekly in the tournament?

Also, poor subs all the way through the group have cost Hodgson.

Hodgson a complete **** head, changing 6 players and taking our best player out from the last two games. I've said it before, and i'll say it again, Alli is TOO DEEP.

If we can't break this lot down, it doesn't make any difference who we play in the next round.

Lallana was a poor sub, he is always capable of making things happen and we were getting so much joy down the right.

Hodgson just seems to have a scatter gun approach with his subs, hit and hope if you will. No real tactical decision behind them just hopes for the best.
