Because we have a weak manager who isn't able to pick the best team which represents us as a country. Rooney shouldn't be taking a place in midfield in front of a true mid fielder. If we had injuries fair enough but we shouldn't be playing people out of position, especially those that don't deserve to be there in the first place.
