Honestly we were lucky Wales didnt turn up like they did against Slovakia - they were setup just to counter and it seems a draw. England need to start scoring first, we just cant count on Hodgson having any useful input if we go behind...

Exactly that, people now use this as justification to play Vardy over Kane. Or fapping over rashford because he plays "like he's in the park". The same crap as two years ago with sterling. I feel for Kane, he's not suited to the side as its been set up and this will end his England career when he's the best we have.

So why don't you play him in his position within a proper system then? There was no real system 2nd half today - we had a midfield 3 made up with no natural CM's, 2 strikers playing wide and a central striker who's main strength is running in behind playing against a side sat deep.
