UEFA Euro 2016 Group E ** spoilers** (Belgium, Italy, Republic of Ireland, Sweden)

Feel sorry for Ireland there, nine times out of ten they'd have been getting the kick from Alderweireld attempting a karate kick on Long, instead the ball ends up the other end in the net.

3, too easy.

They need to be careful here, Belgium are starting to become rampant and 4 or 5 could mean the end of any chance of a best placed 3rd.

How have RoI been in the match? Just been watching it in the background and it feels like they havent been that great while Belgium have realised they are at the Euros

I think they're playing okay; Belgium are simply a better side. They've been a bit unlucky with the ref as well.

Not very well. Ok in patches but it's as if they went out not to concede then didn't have much of a clue what to do when they did.

Thanks

Damn thats a shame - always expect the Mick McCarthy era RoI especially knowing how average Belgium were in their match.

Will watch the extended highlights tonight

EDIT: WTF how is that not a penalty and straight red card for dangerous play? Ive seen them giving when the foots higher than your hip in other matches. I presume theres no retrospective panel like they have in the FA?

Even if they do, it's not going to affect the result unfortunately. It might have made a difference at 0-0 too.
