UEFA EURO 2016 Qualifiers and International Friendlies ** spoilers ** [14th - 18th November 2014]

Read in the paper that Steven Davis is out for the Northern Ireland game due to a hamstring injury, hopefully that isn't true. Really hoping we get a win against Romania and put us on 12 points then with the famous Windsor Park home advantage I hope we can seal the deal. I have a campaign ticket so I will be in the kop cheering them on at home.

Then I just have to figure out when will be the best time to book tickets to France! :D

Holland vs Mexico has been quite good, Mexico winning 3-2 currently, Vela with two, Hernandez with another. Blind with a decent goal.

Afaik the Vela situation is that the ex Mexico manager, not the funny big guy who was at the world cup and is still the manager, the guy before him was a ***, there was a bit of a mutual Vela wouldn't play for him anymore, manager stopped picking him. He left, new guy came in and wanted Vela to play but he took the stance that he can't just go to the world cup as he'd be taking the place of someone who helped get them to the world cup which was unfair. I can't decide if that is really stand up, or stupid, ultimately not taking a place from someone who played in the qualifiers is a nice thing but the team was weaker than it could have been.

Either way he said he'd happily accept a call up after the world cup, has done and scores two against Holland in I think his first game.

Serbia vs Denmark game, Southampton fans won't be happy as Tadic took a pretty nasty studs in tackle to the ankle in the first minute. He's playing on but it's odd.

So odd watching games without fans and hearing the players/bench shouting at each other so clearly.

Yeah I don' think it will go above 6 at this rate.

Don't count on it, less professional teams tend to lack in fitness so the final 20-30 mins are often a slaughter against the likes of San Marino. You're also going to have a few subs come in looking to prove their worth to the team, not a great combination for Gibraltar.
