Welz looking lively.
They appear to have played better since he left the pitch.
They always do, trouble is it rarely happens.
He's just played shocking every simple pass he's tried has gone to the other team he shouldn't even have lasted till half time. Welbeck looked better than Rooney at the min.

Yes but... Rooney should totally play no.10 or in midfield for Utd, his passing is the bestest I tell you....
England team has been and likely will always be picked based on who the most popular players are from the biggest teams more than who should or shouldn't be in the team. Rooney hasn't performed for England for what, 4-6 years, and should potentially be dropped from the squad completely for a while to encourage him that he needs to perform to be in the team. At the very least he needs to be benched till he actually tries harder.
He won't be though. England pick him because he's the biggest name at Utd, Utd feel they can't lose him because he plays for England so give him a bigger contract, bigger contract makes him a bigger player to Utd so England keep picking him, etc, etc.
