EDIT:- Reus got a not particularly bad looking kick but looks like he did something to his ankle, hopefully nothing ligament related, will have to see how that goes.

As I post Mulgrew like an idiot kicked the ball away stupidly getting a second yellow card.

Kroos has been terrible, poor passing, played them into trouble and got some soft freekicks to get them out of it a couple of times. Poor defensively, poor going forward, constantly shooting and looking to shoot rather than set up his team mates.

he's awful trying to be the main man in central midfield, Bastian is 10 times the player he is, and Khedira is much more domineering in central mid and more dynamic offensively. His entire game is having great players around him occupy the defensive players, sit 30 yards out and smash every ball that comes to him at the goal, most are off target and woeful. his shots/goals ratio is awful, he's a terrible shot from 30 yards but take 80 of those a year and a few will fly in. Defensively he lets bastian and Khedira do all the work. Don't rate him at all, somehow he's on a huge wage at Real, but Real are now stuck with a lightweight central midfield pairing. I don't think it will be long before it's Modric and Mendi as the central mid pair(or even Pepe with Varane as CB) with Kroos on the bench.

Reus walking across the pitch after the whistle which is a semi decent sign. Letting him walk on it rather than stretcher him off, maybe just a twist/sprain and not ligaments done.

Actually i said we would get thumped in the 2nd half:p We are going to be the best away fixture in the euros. Good weather, duty free and a sure win, whats not to like:D:o Lewandowski scored 4 against Real Madrid aswell to put it some sort of deluded perspective
 
I wish our players would feign injury too and then play the next club game :( I'm gutted the group is so weak we will qualify anyway.

Did you call in to talksport yesterday Baz? Someone repeating your words on Rogers doing the work for him and playing sterling how he plays for liverpool and rooney as a poor mans suarez :D
 
I hope that lineup with Delph and Sterling on the wings and Rooney behind Welbeck isn't genuine...Sterling needs to have more of the ball in a central position not Rooney, play Rooney up top ahead if you must play him.
