Not saying he's always been bad, but now...
Rooney has never be that good just over hyped and under preformed year after year he will never be great and time has near enough run out for him to change people's minds.
Only reason he's won so much at utd is the skill from other players around him now that's gone its easy to see how average he is and how far the team has dropped.
