What's population got to do with it?
Croatia only has 4mil and they made it to the WC Final in '18 and generally do pretty well.
This just adds to my point. Croatia have been decent at football on the global stage for 25 years now.
The Scottish should be able to replicate that. Rangers and Celtic are juggernauts and the country loves the sport so why are they so poor at it for the past 25+ years.
They obviously have had some of the best players in history and arguably two of the greatest football managers ever so what gives?
