Pointless having wingbacks when Saka and Sterling are taking up the same positions as them. We essentially have 2 players on each wing, harry kane up front on his own and then a massive hole in the middle of the pitch from Kane to the 2 DMs.

That's because the wingbacks play in a back 4 for 90% of their time. You would have thought he would have at least started James and the other Cheslea lad instead. At least they are used to it.

Quite. I don't understand not using Chilwell he's great at overlaps and crosses. He didn't bring JWP or Maddison so needs Trippier on the pitch for free kicks. Southgate squad selection special again.

How long do you keep putting faith in Kane. Especially when you've got a bench of strikers biting at the bit to get on?

Hes probably been told that he isn't getting sold for less than £150m and is just depressed that he is doomed to spend the last few good years of his career at Spurs.

I am not really a fan of his but it isn't his fault. He keeps going deep to get the ball and then Sterling keeps drifting central.
