rubbish article and awful comments section, as you'd expect from any local news site tbh. In short, GN says same team as v Ukraine but with Saka for Sancho (he doesn't explain why)

If that was not on fire I'd like to see him when he is. He was skinning people down the wings every time I saw.

He did that twice that i remember, with nothing to show at the end of it. He was the most anonymous on the pitch and my main concern when signing him for United is that he'll be least effective when up against ten men defenses, which United are regularly.

So are you predicting more of an Angel/Veron/Mhiki than a Bruno Fernandes impact?

I'm not Mystic Meg, I just have my concerns. I can understand Gary's opinion though, has Sancho ever been great for England? Tore it up in the Bundesliga and hopefully the Premier League.

Sancho looked decent but didn’t contribute to any of the 4 goals, and he doesn’t launch attacks from midfield in the same way Saka does. Saka has done nothing to deserve being dropped. He got MOTM on his first start at the euros.

He picked up an injury in training

I think it was very minor and he should be fine now.

Another alternative is to start Sancho, but bring on Saka when the defence start to get leggy. He’s probably one of the best we’ve got at running at a knackered defence.

Saka was back training today I believe and should be fit for Wednesday. I wouldn't be upset to see either Saka or Sancho starting. Either could make a good impact from the bench.

If fit I expect Saka will start.

Saka, Sancho or Grealish could come in with a re jig of players and members on here are telling me going out to Denmark would be a success?

Just lol.

From what I've seen there are two camps here. Those who think we really should be beating Denmark, and perhaps even winning the thing. For them, losing to Denmark would be hugely disappointing and unexpected.

The other camp is those who aren't yet 100% convinced this is a all new England, and that - on our day - we could lose to anyone, including Iceland :p Which would still be disappointing (and not a success), but not entirely unexpected!

So all in all, I think all of us would be disappointed to lose to Denmark. Don't think many would view it as a success, tbh.

I would be extremely disappointed to be knocked out by Denmark but equally wouldn’t be surprised as Denmark are no mugs, we should have enough to beat them as without Erickson there’s only really Kasper who I think is an upgrade on who we have.
I’m fully expecting several Oscar nominated performances tonight as it’ll be who can incorporate the most rolls while screaming like a little ***** to try and con the ref, I think Italy are favourites but also if Spain turn up they could win so for me I can’t really pick a winner with any certainty.

Walker worries me more than anyone in the side. The amount he gets away with just because he's so damn fast. Also hoping Sancho stays in the side. I think he looked 10 times better than Saka or Foden did. I think Fodens the best of the lot but it just hasn't gone for him so far in this tournament. I think if he got that goal early on when he hit the post he would have gone on from that but I don't see him featuring now. Hoping he sticks with Sancho Sterling and Kane.
Sancho was good but come on, not 10x better than saka who was excellent when he played

Thank you!! About time someone said this.
