Literally like groundhog day. We don't play any different with slightly worse players playing the same way. What a surprise.

They always go on about teams playing themselves into a tournament but boy we'd need to find about 10 levels to go close at the business end.
 
Jeez what the hell is happening.
None of them play like that for their clubs.
Are southgates tactics that dire that the players give up the will to play.
 
Even if England were winning these group stage games 4-0, they'd still find a way to lose the KO game against the top nations. Tactically inept against the weaker sides in the tournament, good luck to them going forward.

Also overrated players, but if all you do is consume English media, not surprised you'd think they're all the best in the world :cry:

One of the worst ‘performances’ under Southgate, probably the worst. Lifeless, lazy, sloppy, unimaginative, negative, out of shape, not playing as a team, lacking passion and constantly making the wrong decisions. Denmark played well but not to the level that would explain such a dismal England performance.

Now time to play excuses bingo in the post match interviews.
 
So Walker basically saying the players are doing exactly the opposite of what Southgate is telling them, yeah right pal.

No, we don't necessarily want you to 'steamroll' teams Walker, we just want you to play to a level we know you're capable of.
