It’s an odd one that the decision is never given in the box. However, if that was the keeper/LB launching a ball long and the same foul, then it is a free kick every time. I’m shocked a penalty was given for it.

You say that but anywhere else on the pitch and it's a foul. Should be no diff in the penalty box - don't know why it has a different threshold
