UEFA Nations League Group Stage Matchday 6 [25th - 27th September 2022]

Things that are obvious from these last 2 games for the WC

Pope, Maguire and Sterling should be noway near the starting 11.

Bellingham is a sensational talent and has to start

I love it that the commentators were talking about how positive Bellingham was playing the forward ball just as Henderson plays it safe and plays the ball backwards :D

If Southgate has to persist with this 5 at the back i would line up like this

Pickford
James Stones Tomori
Trent Shaw
Rice Bellingham
Saka Foden
Kane

I'd picked that team earlier today except I had Chilwell in not Shaw. Before his injury Chilwell was exceptional and getting goals going forward. Can't get a sniff now.

Does anyone ever understand Harry Kane?

Mumble errrmmmmm mumble errrrrrrrmmm mumble errrrrrrr mumble ermmmmmmm ERRRRRRRRMMMMMMMMMMMM ERRMRMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

That might be a joke but he’d have probably got further ahead of the defenders and had more time for a shot.

Sterling is a frustrating player. He so often uses his pace to create chances and so often fails to capitalise. He's so close to being a truly great player.

If Maguires form for England doesn't pick up I think that will be the end of him at United. He isn't first choice there and if he can't fall back on his England form then I think United will sell him and move on. Let him try and rebuild his career elsewhere.

Sounds like the amount of **** he is getting from all sides is monumental.

Maguire would be out the door ages ago if it wasn't for the fact he cost 80 million. I didn't watch the game but was listening to talksport and he was at fault for both goals from what I heard.

He is going to be 30 next year so not a lot left in him anyway.

I know he was never the best but he was always decent. The decline has been monumental in the last 18 months though.
