Uganda

Ahh, ok. I didn't spend that much time in Kampala, I was mainly in Jinja. The thrid shot looks like the east end of the main drag in the centre of Kampala.

How did you find the rafting? I couldn't believe how awesome it was!
 
Fantastic shots. Africa can be really photogenic, 3 and 7 are my favourites. 3 because it's such a typical scene, being equatorial means short days, doesn't get light until 8am and it pitch again by 8pm, add to that poor street lighting and for much of the time the towns are just dark!

I only had my G3 with me though and many are shot from the truck.
 
Yeah it's so different taking photos there though. Showing the kids photos of themselves on digital is fantastic. But you need to be careful with the adults, I often found it hard to tell if the hated me for it or not.
