I think that you are right. This will not be a quick two year isolation with sanctions from like minded countries. It us more likely to exceed a generation and will go on until there is a change in governance and attitudes to imperialist strategies towards the countries around it. Russia is toast until it becomes more democratic, civilised and amenable.Get comfortable with the current situation, I foresee the next 20-30 years as proxy conflicts with Russia vs West. Big bonus' incloming for large weapons manufacturers. I mean lets face it. Its just a continuation of the staus quo of the cold war, with a little added technology. Only major difference hear is the accessability of information for the public to digest.
