Best burger I have ever had was from - http://fergburger.com in Queenstown, NZ.

I went there too when I was there - it was insanely good, with probably also the best chips I've had too. Was absolutely stuffed the portion sizes were huge!

Here's my attempt... Advanced notice everyone ate all the bread! I would usually put all of this in a large pitta.





I like to feel im on man vs food by cooking it all in one big pan.

Not quite the ultimate burger but was homemade. Served with Cheddar Cheese, Tomatoes, Lettuce and Chunky Chips. Cooked on the griddle pan. Tasted great.

Nom nom these are the burgers I made tonight to have tomorrow as it's Friday and that's burger night! They're in the fridge developing some uber flavour. I'll post pics of the finished product after we've cooked them tomorrow

They're garlic, coriander, and onion beef burgers made from steak mince The plan is to cook them along with onion rings, Monteray Jack cheese, gherkins and tomato ketchup (I'll have Mrs Balls chutney on them, me being a Saffa and all )
