By plate do you mean the wooden chopping board? It seems a rather strange question to ask, just wash it in the sink.

My own recipe of Rigatoni al pomodoro.

Rustic bread with Saint Agur and dried figs.

Penfolds Bin 28 Shiraz going down rather well.

A nice Espresso soon followed by some Hine XO.



Very rich but it is Saturday night.
