Under-desk Exercise Machine?

Have you thought about getting off the computer and going outside to exercise? From the way you've worded it it's not as if you're at the computer for work alone.

Laptop on a treadmill... really?

Sorry to revive an old thread but is anyone using an under-desk treadmill? Just wanted your thoughts - would anyone recommend it? It seems to mesh well with a standing desk.

Usually for people that has mobility issues. This being the kind of thing that could gently ease in their muscles to a working condition before getting back into a full blown exercise bike. Or a simple thing as that just trying to get circulation into their legs or ankles again.

What a horrible way to get all sweaty at work and drip all over your keyboard.

Just buy a real bike and do a few hours in the weekend/evening.
exactly, you are not going to put in enough effort to make it worthwhile, anyway
I think a few dense weights(can you get a heavy coffee cup), exercise band (black grade)under chair feet ?, a gripmaster ... would be more fun
