Underpeforming 7870

If it starts perfoming badly on those BIOS then definitely RMA it. Does it clock the same on the different BIOS?

The only thing that is diffent is that on the back of the card there are 4 sets of leds

Before they would only all light up when under load

But now they are allways on

I can live with it but thats why i was going to flash it will a stock bios to see if it sorted it

But ill leave it for now i think

First, you might like to have a gander at this 7870 HAWK Review, MSI made a very customised PCB for it, it shows what the 7870 is capable of if planted on a good PCB. The chances are your not going to get that out of it yourself, but it holds true about what your saying about it's overclocking potential.

This is the post Rusty is talking about, it's incomplete, i just haven't had the time to complete it yet.
