No problem. Sorry, not sure what the second line means.

Have you checked software like afterburner or other HW monitoring does not have fps limited? I would personally take off all monitoring software, removing profiles too, use display driver uninstaller then re-install - rules out drivers and certain software then

OK - the AB OSD crashes BF4, Simply won't run. EVGA Precsion OSD is fine though showing a constant 62 FPS.

EDIT: Found it ! In the EVGA precion general settings there is a FPS target. Remove that..... 2483 !

Oh yea! my little 680m still packing a punch for a laptop!
Intel core i7 3740qm
GTX 680m 1100 core clock +381 core clock, over 50%
memory clock 4650mhz +525 30% overclock!
Quite impressed at how this can still tangle with todays laptops (y)
