Unigine Heaven 4 benchmark

Good score

And you beat me :( Right - It is ON :)

Bring it on :D Although if you can beat me I don't think I have anything left in the tank. May be able to eek out a few more points if I reconfigure my monitors. I discovered that running these benchmarks with my surround display enabled was causing a big penalty, unlike the AMD cards where it didn't seem to matter, but just using the Win+P shortcut to switch display modes seems to have got all of the lost performance back.

Okay, here's mine.

GTX780 SLI
GPU core at 1202 Mhz, Memory at 1650Mhz
4770k @ 4.3Ghz

That's a cracking score there, the 4770k is really showing what it can do.:)

I will update in a minute, I am in the middle of running a bench.:D

Yeah... If only it would could run faster! I can probably manage a Heaven bench at 4.4Ghz, but 4.5 crashes very quickly, no matter how much voltage I stick through it.

I still haven't seen anyone reporting a worse 4770k than mine!

I was just about to put you on the scoreboard but you screenshot has gone.

Edit

Updated now.:)

Really... That's interesting...

Once of the first things that I did when I got the 780s was test benchmarking scores on a single screen, in both "regular" SLI mode, and in surround mode. I got virtually identical scores for the two modes in Heaven and in Crysis 2.

Kaapsted - King of the multi-GPU table :D

You just need to find an extra 13 points with Quad-Titans to push Vega off the top, and become undisputed champion! :D

Thanks.:)

I have a chiller waiting to be setup but I am waiting for the weather to get colder so I can get the maximum out of it. What holds me back on this bench with 4 cards is the lack of CPU speed hopefully the chiller will put this right.:D

Heh - Nice one with the chiller.

I had a vapo-chill back in the day. I managed to blow up an FX55 with it. Yeah... kind of put me off sub-ambient cooling.

I'd love to get back into it again one day. Need more time and more money though... Are you using a phase-change unit, or adding a traditional chiller into your water loop?

It is just a traditional chiller I will be putting in the loop. I have a quick disconnect just before the res where I can fit the chiller. The first port of call coming out of the res is the CPU which is the bit that needs it most. I am not planning on running it too low maybe about 4 or 5c below ambient, this is why I am waiting for the cold weather as I don't want to run into trouble with condensation.

I know this isn't a official score, but since it's the first time running this resolution since I got my new Asus PB278Q 27"TFT PLS screen today (loooove it!) I'll just want to ask if you think my GTX 670's do a fair job in this benchmark ?
Everything stock clocks at 2560x1440 res'

Yes

I can not run 1440p, the Heaven bench defaults to 1600p so I used that

I have just run my GTX 690s at stock clocks 915/1502 which is pretty close to a stock GTX 670. I did two runs one with a single GTX 690 and another with both. my CPU was @4.0ghz

If you work on the fact I am using a slightly higher resolution and slightly more beefed up gk104s, it evens it up for scoring purposes.

Single GTX 690

Your 3 GPUs sit in the middle between my runs with 2 and 4 GPUs so yes everything is working ok.:)

Super :p thank you very much for sharing useful information. It's nice to know everything is working within the "what's to be expected range"
