Unofficial 360 Hardware? Does it exist?

quite a lot actually, i help run the gaming society at my uni and every week i show the latest gaming vids to the members. As for demos i keep around the ones that are fun to play, like flatout 2 or full auto

well, you're half making my own point. firstly, you're not the norm, someone who goes around showing off vids at meetings on a 360, something that very very few people are likely to do. i just can't see a normal or average user having any reason whatsoever for keeping 20gigs worth of vid's just to show at meetings. but the fact is, i can dl 20gigs worth of vids in around 4 hours, so still no reason to keep them on the hard drive. as for demo's, there are a few that give more than 30 seconds play, and there are a few fun ones. but again, long term playing 1/2 tracks with limited cars, ok i think i have the MSR demo that was on it when i bought it, but simply because i haven't needed to delete it.

for me, half the point of massively fast internet and easy access to video's and demo's is getting rid of the need to keep files for ages. i can get a 1gig demo if i want in the background in 10 mins while playing another game.

also, people constantly talk about live content, i don't really check out live anymore, checked for demo's for first few days then nothing since. what is there, a few vid's that cost money to get that aren't worth it. a couple of skin packs for games and stuff, e3 vids. is there anything you can't get/watch on a computer for free anyway?
